An Elemental Qigong Workshop | Metal Element
In the Five Elements system Metal is the contracting, or condensing, phase of the Five Elements cycle and is associated with the season of Autumn and the direction West. In the body it is manifested as the Lungs and Large Intestine organs and it aids our sense of clarity.
The session will be gently paced, with loosening exercises, standing meditations and Tiger forms that relate to Metal.
Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. There will be a break.
